You probably do NOT need to update it from the actual everquest client.

Just follow the instructions, you should be good, it's a great game.

Really, this game is a classic, possible the best before WoW came out, and In my honest opinion, WoW is a waste of time.

Pro's:
- Full skills system
- Over 16 classes
- Over 16 races
- Alternate Advancement(After you hit the max level of 65, you can still get better!)
- Server almost NEVER goes down
- In Game events
- Full weather systems
- Nice graphics
- Classic Game
- Not many cons

Cons.. Kind of..:
- Your name has to sound real, nothing like uberleet495, names also cannot be 2 words.
- Gm's are kinda strict but most of em are cool
