Yes. Play Sacred 1 only because 2 and 3 are pretty bad.
In Sacred 1, there are areas that are more suited to certain builds than others when it comes to farm. If you're using a barbarian, they tend to be more single target oriented so you probably wanna get your loot from dragon runs.
If you're using a more versatile build, the top stops would be the ghost area. Great for jewelry. The Desert area where all the super large spiders are. Very easy to do zone resets with that and big spiders give huge XP and loot. There's also a cave that has ghoul type mobs in it with huge density and it's super easy to reset. Very good to farm sets.
One important thing to remember is that you can socket jewelry in items so prioritize items with more sockets because you get HUGE value from them.
Ice shard battle mage has always been my favorite. Good clear and good single target.
