Aside from Xenogears, since I can't be fucked to sit on my computer all day emulating with a keyboard, I've chosen to start Dragon Age: Origins. I had it when I was younger but must've sold it to buy a bag of weed or something. I don't mind it, the battles can get a bit redundant and in my opinion, a tad difficult despite the fact that I just called them redundant. Will trudge on until I'm done with it though~

Hey man, im not sure if you have a xbox 360 or ps3 but you can use your 360 controller to play ps1 emulator games. I just started a game of suikoden 2 on emulator an so far its working fine.
Also if you have a extra hdmi cord and your pc has an extra hdmi output you can connect that stuff to your big t.v. an play ps1 emulator off there which is what im doing now.
I'd rather have the real game tho, just that suikoden 2 costs over 100 bux and its still not on psn. I also have xenogears to play, i d/led it off psn and its on my psp.

Last rpg i played was diablo 3 but i think it kind of sucks. I managed to finish normal mode with barb but making new characters and having to go thro the boring acts again is f'ing boring.
So i havent played it for a couple weeks, and was playing skyrim before but havent played it in about a month or 2. Im going to get back to suikoden 2 now.

And heres my list of my other crap i want to try that i have copies of already but never got around to playing them yet. (rpg wise)
Final Fantasy 8,9,tactics, Xenogears, Parasite Eve, Chrono Cross, Golden Sun 1,2, Castlevania sotn, dragon age, mass effect, star wars kotor 2, jade empire, shin megami tensei nocturne,
Wild Arms, Sacred 2, shadow hearts 1,2,3 and i may have more rpgs but im not remembering right now.

I have both an XBox and a PS3, the PS3 controller can be plugged into a computer via USB but we only have one controller at the moment and I'm letting my friend hoard my console to play Mass Effect 3 at the moment. I don't mind using the keyboard to play these older games, Xenogears is a bit tricky with the camera system but it's tolerable.

Update: Just wrapped up disc one of Xenogears, if you haven't played that game you haven't fully experienced what a JRPG is meant to convey~ holy shit, wow, holy shit, brilliant, wow, holy shit. That's all.

^Apparently disc 1 is all that's good though.

Eh, supposedly disc two is primarily cut-scenes and storyline. I'm alright with that.

I was playing Xeno a few years ago but stopped shortly after starting Disc 2 . I guess I should finish it sometime though it will be tough remembering what was going on and I don't want to start over.

Might be tough for you to remember what's going on; aside from Final Fantasy Tactics Xenogears has one of the most in-depth storylines I've ever encountered. I've heard of a lot of people abandoning the game after disc 1 but it's like, most of us play these older JRPGs for the storyline and if there's a disc that's 90% cut-scenes I'm okay with that, because most of these cut-scenes leave me like "....what the fuck?"

Anyways, not including my once in a while emulator session, I'm juggling Dragon Age 2 and Final Fantasy XIII-2 on my PS3. I can beat XIII-2 whenever but I'm working on obtaining every single fragment and maximizing at least 4-5 monsters via infusion. Dragon Age 2 is really cool, I hadn't even beat Dragon Age Origins before I purchased it but I'm in a situation where my XBox is downstairs and my PS3 is in my room, so I was like fuck it. I like it so far, it's nice that the main character actually speaks in this one.

About how long would you say it takes to do the whole disc 2 for Xenogears.

Should I even bother finishing FFXIII-1 ? I'm like 12 hours in, haven't played in a year.

Played Xenocross? I have it set up on my Wii but haven't really gotten into it yet (only played for about 10 minutes).

I quit DA2 when I was almost at the last act. It's not as fun when you have all the skills you want and you don't level anymore, I shouldn't have done every single sidequest, probably a waste of time.
