Diablo!! (D2 is great too, but that one has been mentioned a lot allready ^^)
Gotta love the strategic aspects of Diablo, and if it gets boring, play variants!

Whole Zelda series is good (if you can call it an RPG)

Oblivion
Tales of series (Tales of Phantasia, Symphonia, etc)- better than Final Fantasy

sageofnone, don't know if you can call MGS an RPG, but yeah, those games are amazing gameplay/store-wise.

Zelda was like the first real rpg..

The RPG that I am enjoying is actually an MMORPG. The game is called Corum Online and it was a really popular game in Japan and Korea over the past couple of years. It was finally brought to the US by a company called GPotato. It is based on raiding and defending dungeons throughout the land of Corum. Your character/guild can gain possession of different dungeons for certain benefits. I have been playing this game since the closed beta started in January. Has anyone heard/played the game?

I got oblivion a few days ago and now it bores me. I liked being a member of the dark brotherhood, doing assassinations, becoming a vampire, but then i had to kill the other members.. that just pissed me off.
but i will most likely continue playing it.
