chrono trigger and ff8.
the card game in 8 is super fun, i sit there for hours challenging people.
also the music is awesome with surround sound.

Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy VII, Legend of Legaia, Wild Arms 1 and Xenogears of the top off my head, FFT and FFVII have stole thousands of hours of my life with multiple play thrus!
