What's your take on Xillia?

I got into it, but my girlfriend who hates most video games got really invested in the Last Of Us so I sized the opportunity to play it with her. We just finished it this past weekend, and I'm going to pick up where I left off on Xillia.

Also currently playing Vandal hearts on my tablet, but mainly at work...so it'll take me eons to finish.

Started playing super mario RPG again on snes.
Might try some paper mario on N64 and GameCube.

I'm a Japanese RPG video game collector. I should show off some pic's of my collections. It's pretty ridiculous. I own every title ever released (JRPG) for nes, snes, ps1, ps2, ps3, wii.

I will probably die before I can beat 3/4 of them, but I'm very proud of my collection. I'm trying to work through them So if you ever have any questions about JRPG's or RPG on console, ASK!

I love the XIII franchise. That Lightning Returns shit should be pretty cool.

I'll wait to watch some game play and read some non IGN reviews on that one. From what I've seen it looks like they've all but stripped the RPG features from it and made if more of an action title.

Fire Emblem Awakening

Drankensang. Just started a few days ago and its a lot of fun!! Way better than PoE imo

Suikoden i've heard is really great! I own the entire series but sadly have not played through those yet.

Xenoblade was one of the most amazing titles for me. I still to this day can't get over the story, ending, etc. It was all a crazy mix of EVERYTHING. LOVE, BETRAYAL, RELIGION, LOTS of twists, omg it was great!! No game has ever made me almost tear up like Xenoblade. VERY emotional game! I primarily play RPG's for their story. If the story isn't there I will still beat it (but will be extremely sad). I can't start a game and not finish it (or for the most part). A small list of games I've been unable to beat the final boss. Either due to far to much of a grind in levels I'm missing, I didn't get the OP weapons to insta beat, etc. I normally will make 4-5 attempts then give up, search youtube for the ending and watch it from there. This is pretty rare, but there are a couple titles I had to do this on.

I'm enjoying FF13 a lot. I'm almost near the end of it. I will say I support many arguments on both sides of the fence. I understand the direction they wanted to go with it, but it wasn't the best one imo. Story is also decent, not the best I've played but good. Forced stats direction, linear and railroading gameplay I absolutely despise. Graphics are amazing. I'm anxious to beat it as I'm ready to play FF13-2 which I've heard is much better.

It's funny you mention Sazh sucks.. He's actually the most OP character of them all. His haste, and crit potential is by far the most OP abilities than ANY other character. If you build/equip him right that is. He's REALLY over-powered as shit!
