Breath of Fire Series and Dragon Warrior/Quest series is about 1000x better then ff series (old ones were amazing, but the newer ones give negative points for stupidity)

Final Fantasy has good games

Other Note-worthy imo
Legend of Dragoon
.Hack
Skies of Arcadia
Kingdom Hearts
Arc of the Lad
Jade Cacoon 1 & 2 (First Ps2 game ever played so I'm Bias)

Some Ones I thought were decent
The Last Remnant (i like how the fighting is different)
Dark Cloud
Tale of Symphonia
Star Ocean
Pokemon!

Pretty much most of Square Enix games are good.
