Patch 1.09 was the best, not because i liked the guided-arrow-pierce or life leech in duels, but there were far more decent & unique builds than d2 has today. Currently Nr.1 Mmorpg by craphics is Guild Wars. By game play & storyline it's WoW. There are few more good ones such as Lineage 2. I'd say that Guild Wars > all at the moment, because all other competitive Mmorpgs have a monthly fee to play.

world of warcraft, all i have to say.

not saying that i play it, but everyone else in the world seems to play.

I think its a great RPG and could be better if Blizzard actually put some time into it, but I dont think its the best.
