the cinematics in Dragon Age were awesome, but its a very different game than skyrim.

What my favorite part of DA was the fact that the classes were defined, but at the same time, you could have a very different feel to them... a tanka mage was very possible and he'd feel very different than a tank warrior.
but you play 4 characters at once in a live action / turn based style mix... strange idea, but worked out very well imo

but one positive thing to say over skyrim is that your choices did feel like they had more of an effect in DA

one of my all time favs was the origianl dungeon seige for computer. great combat/ magic system, great follower system, engaging storyline, and i love having a packmule in my party to carry my stuff lol

If you liked Heavy Rain, you should definitely give Indigo Prophecy (aka Fahrenheit) a try. It's from the same company that made Heavy Rain and has a similar decision-style gameplay. Great story until midway, then it gets kinda weird. o_O
