so your idea of a good rpg is to run the same shit with the same people 6 nights a week 2-3 hours at atime??!?

wow is THE WORST RPG of alltime i can tell you that its garbage, there is no story line worth following and you just repeat shit over and over and over again

baulder's gate is the best RPG of all time period.

Well, that's not the way that Blizzard intended the game to be played. There's still a lot of fun to be had, but it just depends on how you play it. Repeating the same task over and over again is surely not one of those ways (for most people anyway).

Even so, who says we have to rate the game as it is now? Obviously when you play a game for long enough, it's not going to seem as good as it once was. The first time I played D2, it was incredibly fun. In terms of the design of the game and the concepts it introduced, it was pretty damn good too.

As I said before, however, I wouldn't consider it my favourite RPG. It's definitely up there though.
