Good luck finding that hardcore mode. I doubt any modern game has it, people are too whiny for something challenging to be developed. Especially when it comes to MMOs.
A few things that seem kind of hardcore though:
Mortal Online
Darkfall Online
EVE online(this is probably like the most hardcore MMO out there)
