Did you mean Baulder's Gate in your first post?

If so, then those games were amazing. Not to mention they added Drizzt in the little game after you beat the main storyline.

Gameplay was booooooooring, story was great though. One of the better endings in the late 90's JRPG world.

i havent played as much shit as you guys. heres the ones i liked so far.
Diablo 2 - played this one the most. not really for the story just duelin an making strange builds in hardcore mode.
Baldurs Gate 1 & 2 - the pc versions (console versions are different like hack n slashers). liked these alot. abit too much text dialog sometimes tho.
Star Wars kotor
diablo 1
final fantasy 4
chrono trigger - really coo character named glenn/frog on here.
check out awesome power of frog as he opens the way:

He;s the best character on chrono trigger. i was going to get chrono cross next but im told frog isnt on that game.
His name was glenn before til he was turned into a frog. thats why his names frog now.
planescape torment - played this one when i was a young boy dont remember it much tho.
icewind dale - its like baldurs gate but more action.
Fallout 1,2,3 - really liked 1 and 2. 3 is ok.
im going to be buying fallout new vegas ultimate edition when its out next month.
cant remember what other rpgs i like, i still have lots i want to play.
oh ya i also liked elder scrolls morrowind/oblivion and gothic.
still waiting on my copy of skyrim to get here.

Fable
The bards tale

fable was really fun, wayyyyyyy too short though wtf was up with that

i'd always keep d2 at the top of the list
but all the tales games were really good rpg's cool style of fighting
chrono trigger was crazy because even the smallest thing you did in the beginning of the game could change something so far into the future lol
never tried dragon age, personal opinions, better or worse than skyrim?
final fantasy 7 and 8 were awesome, gotta pick up 10 soon cuz i hear it's nuts
final fantasy tactics and tactics advance were awesome, but advance was a little easier because units who died in combat didn't die forever so that was a neat addition

Can't really compare Dragon Age to Skyrim, Skyrim is just such a massive, "do whatever you want to do" kind of game. If you enjoyed Mass Effect, you'll like Dragon Age.
