arcanum, planescape:torment, baldurs gate's, fallout 1,2 and tactics, the witcher, s.t.a.l.k.e.r. (more of a shooter with rpg elements, check my stalker folder for in game screenshots)

Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Fallout 2
Mass Effect 1 & 2
Dragon Age: Origins

Fallout 3 and The Witcher were good, but don't quite make it to the list.

Be sure to pick up The Witcher II later this week and then Skyrim and Mass Effect 3 around christmas.
