There literally is NOTHING left in the Legend of Dragoon universe that could legitimately call for a sequel...or even a prequel. They covered all aspects in the game.
Also, I'm sure some company is going to spend millions of dollars developing this game because some random internet people made a petition.
You can sign as many petitions as you want, it's not going to FORCE someone to spend that kind of money.

yea, but it could show them how many people would/could/love the game and buy it
