Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
It's steam-punk but there's still magic, elves, and orcs, like typical fantasy games.

You could check Disciples 2. Just started it, pretty good game.

Has too have single player mode with a good story behind it. - yes
Must be a medevil type game and must be able too choose my class/set own stats - yes
Must be able too use magic very early in game. - yes (depending of class I guess, I had mage).

Games iv already tried and didnt like.

Planescape
Oblivion
Morrowind
Diablo 1 and 2

If you didn't like Planescape, Oblivion, Morrowind or either of the Diablo's then there is no hope for you, try drugs and do some irl magic then.

I've tried tons of rpgs. You don't appear to like most the basics that I would recommend though. To start tell me a game or style that you liked and I'll tell you some of the similar type games I've played.
or fill out this criteria for me.
1. Turn based or real time?
2. Fighting based or puzzle based?
3. Starts fast or with deep story?
4. What systems do you have to work with?

Until then all I will recommend is Final fantasy and classic console games. Also just so you know there are very few jrpg type pc games.

well that makes more sense haha.. you should try out

Baldur's Gate--------\
Neverwinter Nights--\ pretty much the same games, different engines/stories.
Dungeon Seige-------/
Dragon Age - Really long ass game with great story and A++ voice acting.
Borderland - Sorta a mixture of Oblivion/Fallout 3, continuous action, decent story, kind of funny, free to play online even with pirated version and 3 expansions.
Titan Quest - Somebody mentioned before, it was pretty interesting for a little while.
Fable: The Lost Chapters - If you have ever played this for the Xbox you probably think it is a pretty sweet game, it is even better on the PC, plus there is about 2-3 more hours of content after the main story ends(plus mod/cheating potential if you are in to that)
Risen - Just started playing this one, it is alright, but I think I will get bored of it pretty fast.
Sacred 2 - Looks interesting, haven't tried it yet though.

if I can think of any more I will let ya know
