Puzzle quest really worth a try,
Dungeon Siege, for more d2 style,
Dungeon & Dragon tactics (only if you played the paper game, game mechanic are really complex here)
... dunno for rest i've tried many and i cant find some classic TTurn based rpg, so i ended up playing final 7 again
