+2 vubble figher blood can be made into gaunlets or other stuff.

isnt talt and blood become untradeable after trade?

Yup both becomes untradable. Talt you can sell for 5k each to npc that means easy silver and no AH tax or wait. Blood you can use for collection or craft stuff http://www.tosbase.com/database/items/645293/
