And since you have no clue why the 2/3 rule exists -> If you scam someone, your account can be banned. Noone with a decent logic would try to scam if their account has a reputation (which you earn by either posts or gold)
You on the other hand....Your account is not worth alot, just your joindate is "trustworthy". You could easly scam me and send the 100fg to a maybe existing main account without even carin if this probably smurfin account gets banned.
