if recall correctly there's a listing limit per day. (base 10)
buying premium would increase that limit depending on premium level up to 100 items at max. (base premium is 20)

but how exactly does that work, howmuch would i have to spend?

Check " p " and last tab on the right. You can see premium/vip/rank level and what benefits they give at each rank etc.

base premium gives you 20 items limit
you level up Premium rank by using either Hongmoon coin or Ncoin, each additional rank up gives you 10 more item listings per day i believe (for a max of 100 at premium rank 10)

Rank 1-3 ~ 10 Additional Auctions per day
Rank 4-6 ~ 20 Additional Auctions per day
Rank 7-9 ~ 30 Additional Auctions per day
Rank 10 ~ 90 Additional Auctions per day
