Hey, I've been having a craving today to play an MMORPG game that will feel like and remind me of those oldschool RPG games from the 90's....

yes I am talking about 8bit games and 16bit games.... I did some research, and I came to the conclusion I will go buy "Shovel Knight" for the Wii U...

but I also was looking for an mmo style game in that type of graphics... maybe something like chrono trigger type mmo game??!?! I dunno I just started looking on the internet to find a good game like this... but the internet is flooded with high end graphics mmo games....
(sigh)

I just want to play an mmo with oldschool type gameplay?!?! IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK OF YOU INTERNET!?!!?!? WHY CAN'T YOU READ MY MIND AND KNOW WHAT GAME I AM THINKING OF!?!?!?




But alas I am stumped on what would be the best game to start.........and that is why I came to ask you guys.... does anyone know what type of game I'm talking about? I want the whole 9 yards.... "Create my own hero and embark on an epic quest of leveling up... fighting the forces of evil... encountering amazing bosses... learning new abilities to fight mobs of enemies... being enthralled by a storyline where my character finds new friends, new towns, and discovers the terrible secret about the dark enemy of the world, and sets out to SAVE THE WORLD!"


I really want to play a great mmorpg guys........ I just want the graphics to be like Shovel Knight...... plz help me........

I still have the craving to play those types of RPG games....

so I've been playing Final Fantasy 9 on my ps3.... 5 hours into the game so far.... I LOVE THIS STORYLINE



does anyone know a good MMORPG like Final Fantasy 9??? I prefer the turnbased combat system... most mmorpg have live combat and I dont like that

Not a mmorpg but a parody of 8-16-bit JRPGs, it is called half-minute hero. I played it and liked it.

its called "Ragnarok Online"

it looks very promising... I will tell you what I think of it later

ok guys so when I was "Sleuthing" around about Ragnarok online..... and I found out that Ragnarok was a huge success and just recently "Ragnarok online 2" was released in North America....

so I decided to download both of 1 and 2... I really hope this game goes well.... I'm so bored with the current games im playing and want that oldschool mmorpg feeling.... SUPER HYPED RIGHT NOW BROS
