Literally one of the best concepts I've seen... I've played a few shitty games just bc they had the feature... ex: Priston Tale 1, MU Online, Runescape (in a sense, if you played Runescape Classic you know what i'm talking about) etc..

Anyone else feel this way bout in-game stores or know of any other mmorpgs with it?

i'd say b/c most ppl hate micro-transactions. Alot of F2P games that are coming out enable users to pay to win one way or another in most cases.
As for RuneScape, they have a subscription that users are able to get if they pay monthly, which unlocks a massive amount of content. Farming in that game for about 1 hour can buy you almost any item in runescape :p
So to sum it up, i think good video game companies understand that people don't want micro-transactions if they're just going to make it pay to win ya know? For example, look at Aion Online... if you have money to spend, you're winning. Although, enabling the purchase of skins via micro-transacitons is nice, as long as they dont have a crap ton of stats like some games have lol
