played rift since headstart and rly enjoyed it until we cleard the content hammerkneel, world top 15
was a great time progressing with the guild
started wow after that and was very disapointed
rly bad community :(, raids are nerfd as hell

i stick to rift if i need to choose

You have to take a comment like this with a grain of salt.

top 15 in rift is and was not hard, the playerbase is small and the raiding populace is minuscule. That said, hammerknell was hard and THAT was the only hard raid when I played.

The raids from WoW and Rift are VERY similar as they are both click to target mash your hotkeys, rift is really just (omg inb4 hate) a skin of WoW with improved graphics and a different (and really poorly done) story.

And back to "take it with a grain of salt" beating the hardest raid in one tab target MMO then coming to a different tab target MMO and doing the irrelevant content and saying it was too easy? Well yeah, Blizzard has gone about nerfing the content from last patch to allow casuals the ability to progress as well. AND rift did/does the EXACT same thing, the non current slivers (raids) got nerfed WEEKLY, hammerknell saws nerfs too...... often... even when it was relevant.


Also, the rift community was pretty garbo as well, find a guild of nice people, turn of trade/general, and be happy that you did.

kinda true, still i'd like rift quite more due the small playerbase i think its part of the good community

and with the addons like dbm = deadly bossmod wow was way easyier than rift in my opinion
yea saw that hc nerfs was needed atleast the first one
we where like 3xx:1 for akylios at our first kill i doubt there wow raid bosses that need that mutch practise
not playing anymore so i cant judge the actually game anymore wondering if its already dead
well was still quite funny time enjoyed it so far best raids that ive had

I'd honestly just say safe your cash until a new game comes along, Both games are ok but nothing that really jumps out.
