Breakdown
57 FG per Noble Residence (need many)
45 FG per Golden Parrot (need many)

100fg per 350 Gold Coins
100fg per 70 Eggs

At the top ratio your getting 174 FG per dollar essentially for the gems (which compared to other stuff like Magic the gathering which offers less then half that value per dollar since TIX are worth 80-85fg).

If you play through level 17 which takes about 2 hours of your time across 2 days if done well then you can get around 600 gold coins and a noble residence (so your making like 228fg for 2 hours)
Add in the Easter 400 egg event (1 quest per hour though each quest takes only 2 minutes to do) approx 570 FG value

Pretty much ~800 FG for like 3 hours of work over 2 days. Note: for the eggs you have to do basically 2 minutes every hour or longer in between 10 times
