As the title implies, I'm just curious if anyone knows of a good online TCG that supports full deck building and card collection through prizes ect. I tried the pokemon TCG beta that's out, and it was solid except for the fact you have to buy actual booster packs to attain more online cards, which completely killed it for me.

Just like MTGO, but you don't have to buy boosters or cards. Basically lets you build decks and play against other people. No type of reward system that you are after though.
