I'm looking for a new free to play game that has good pvp.
Looking at Aika right now.

I'd prefer an MMO but post any good ones

Played:

Guild Wars
WoW
Diablo (obviously)
Rift
Anarachy Online
EverQuest
EQOA
LoL
Rise of Immortals
SC2
CSS
TF2
Runescape
and probably more I can't think of

Knight Online has some of the best PvP of any MMO. Everything else about it sucks, but the PvP is incredible.

there is no better pvp game than L2 :) You just have to patient and learn everything. Remember to play Shilen server coz its new.
