I'm just curious, do you need a certain version of Android in order to play this game? I have an old mytouch 3g from over a year ago. However it's only running Android 2.2.1

I'm just wondering if you need a newer phone in order to play this on your phone as I don't see it on the market.

it will be on the market even if you cant play it
it will tell you you need to update before downloading
at least thats how it is for ipods not 100% sure about androids

It has to be different for android phones then. It doesn't even show up in the market for me. It only has an app that has Pocket Legends Cheats.
