Dragon nest is the new thing on the block. Open beta doesn't have pvp yet though. But you can't hate this game. Youtube some video's, you'll like it.

Metin2 would be great game

Low Req (a huge massive game at only 600mb)
good pvp and pve (a mainly pvp game but it takes alot of pve to get pvp :D)
