I am looking for an MMORPG with the following characteristics:
  • Free or very cheap to play. (below $5 a month)
  • Fun PvM
  • Fantasy Theme
  • Medium-High population (enough to always make a group but not enough so you have delays logging in)
  • No games where you have to do ridiculous amounts of grinding to get anywhere.
  • Hopefully something other JSPers are into. (non-requirement)

I had a fun time playing Hellgate:G for a while. It can cost $5 real life money or you can grind for the in game currency to buy a 'ticket'. Its a MMOFPS

you should try out spiral knights. it hits all your requirements
there are quite a few of us playing on jsp now also
and im always available to help if you have questions.
its a cute and addicting game :3

I'm going to try Dragon Nest first. I will keep Spiral Knights in mind if I don't like Dragon Nest.

ive made it to lvl 10 on dragon nest. Ive played a lot of mmo's, and ive quit before lvl 5. that should be clue enough that this is a good game
