btw... speed builds are OP~!

(its like to get anywhere in the top 50, u need to go with a speed dpser) village = wind
4th hokage = best suit hands down
think i've seen only like 1-2 non speed dps build on the top 50 lists, thats only cause they went full anti speed dps and still loses at least 25% of the time
this build is just tank build with the only thing stopping the speed dpser as prayer+poison and hoping that it activates during/right before the8+ consecutive hits from the speed dpser going counter atk with windstorm and balsm and blood boil. Sometimes people mix in flying thunder for anti speed dps, but still in the grand scheme of things, theres no real counter to speed dps builds
