not yet.

still waiting on news for the next CBT and such.
they probably have quite a bit of work since the Korean CBT3 ended just before the NA test ended i believe.
so they're essentially working on 2 instances of fixes and additions to the game.

English CBT2 will start sometime this month and run for likely 30days. Awesome!
those from the last CBT are automatically in plus they'll be sending out another 5000 keys (probably more as the beta goes along that month too like they did previously in CBT1)

Blade and Souls test's are only on the weekends.
still have all the weekdays for ToS.
