I know, im having a nerdgasm, no joke i have a perma smile on my face. all this info is so exciting, and simply put, according to many reviewers... this is NOT a letdown, it delivers.

however some seems to be a little letdown on the PvP part that WvW is too chaotic and that there is only 2 PvP modes.

But Iøm sure more will be added later.

there's 3 pvp modes. Arena style tourneys, WvWvW (Dub v Dub), and battlegrounds.

that being said, im gonna pretty much stay in WvW exclusively, its so much fucking fun, at least DaoC was, and this looks even better.

Not to mention they're taking out the gear grind for most PvP scenarios, which means its finally Skill and teamwork that determines wins, not the person who runs the OP comps in arenas or that raids gets the advantage in BG's because you have a RL friend who wanted to arena with u and you can only carry so hard (can u tell im a bit spiteful, fucking stuck in 1800-2k rating in 2/3/5's in WoW on my DK in late WOTLK (Post massive nerf) cause my friends sucked balls. So i ended up running a service to get nubs to 1800 for gold. (Fuck Medivh and its 90% PvE scrubs...)

you don't reallt get the right expression of the WvW because of so few people, but I'm sure it will be a blast with hundred of people zerging each other, defending/attacking castles, will be so epic!

the zergs will mostly be around castles, im gonna be more the small group of people taking on more challenging tasks or taking out key points, never was a fan of the "ZERG", to uncordinated and unskilled.

still have no idea what class i want to be since they ALL look so damn cool.

I'm going to roll a Warrior I'm pretty sure.
They can fit into so many roles in combat with the huge variety in weapons, and I just love to get close up and smash people in the face

they will release 1000 expansions it's their way to make money no matter if gw2 or gw

the first one had 1 expansions, get your facts right please

also they use micro transactions, cosmetic only, character slots, audio books etc, no pay to win shop.

That is how they make their money.

No the first had multiple expansions, but regardless its still far cheaper to buy a couple more expansions and not pay a sub, in comparison to WoW which has almost 4 xpacs now, and a sub fee, and a small but extremely expensive cosmetic shop.

the others were not expansions, but stand alone games since you didn't need the first to play them
EotN were the only expansion.
