a tip for beginners and maybe some who don't know about this ^^

when you face monsters that are on my screenshot marked with "1" and "2" (they are called LICHENS), do not kill them but let them merge instead.
they will transform in monster marked with "3" (LICHEN COLONY)




Attacks

• Tackle
• Spin Attack

Drops

• Brute Core
• Gel Core
• Gel Drop
• Rocky Core

Lichen Colony can also merge with other Lichens or other Lichen Colonies to transform into Giant Lichen Colony


The bigger they are - more heat you get, more crowns and more fun for sure : )
Also, Giant Lichen Colony can drop Royal Core unlike any other Lichen
