so where I've opened 36 Shirayuki packs (I've quintuple checked, it's 36) I should have received a key or key fragments by now, right? :huh:
you'd think so but I guess not. according to their records I've only opened 18 packs <_< ergo they're not willing to do diddly about it.
maybe it has something to do with buying the packs from them vs. getting the packs in a trade/stall/auction house/CoD...

Did you open them all on the same character?
Cuz the way you get the packs doesnt matter
