The game is amazing but of course on jsp its not that active

ISO an opinion regarding the top two most important computer aspects for this game.. obviously graphics but would the second be ram or processor speed?
(contemplating an aspire one 722.. 4gig ram, radeon HD 6290.. but only a dual core 1.0ghz processor)
