If you're working on a wizard, I'd recommend being Sorc/Bard/gunslinger as a sub class. Don't worry about skills as your skills = your level. As for Stat Allocation and Envoy Path builds, go for what you think you like/is more efficient.

Wizards would normally go DMG + DEF, or SPD + Def. Spd would help with CDs a lot for certain things, and dmg would help you simply do burst damage. Def ofc makes you less squishy.

As for Envoy path, Im not too sure, but should go for things that help you yourself. I don't know the envoy path of the wizard.

Well atm im guildless but if its like other games i played in the past we get bonus of exp and such
