Unsure about Siren, but People sell AP in terms of items. For Example WTS> AP!!! XXAP:XXGold meaning they are selling tradeable items from the Item Mall. Essence Packs and such (including subclass reset) are all tradeable so its the same as selling AP.

Buying AP directly using FG is Illegal.
