thing is, when people got their hands on betas, all anybody talked about was "awesome storyline" and the fighting system was "familiar" and otherwise nothing new.

GW2 has a VERY different feel to it, you can tell by how excited the people who have played it are to talk about it. Its hard to explain, but GW2 simply put, tried to do things right, and not just copy the current "whats working" model. Im fully aware that until the game comes out, and until its been out awhile, there will be people like you that will doubt it, and absolutely nothing will change you're mind about that. Considering the extremely long list of games that have been hyped up and failed or just done "ok" , i cant really blame you. But guild wars 1 was successful, and they're fixing, and making alot of things better then GW1. Arenanet is a solid company, and they listen to what people want. Im putting my faith in them, and i truly believe it will pay me back tenfold when it releases.

You are able to take down a higher level boss as long as you play smart.
This is unknown to a lot of people actually so tought I'd share..

I mean...I don't see how people are worried about that. It's present in nearly every other MMO that has existed in the last decade.

This is the same type of thing when people cry about the need to repair gear and it costing money.

People don't understand the importance of gold sinks in maintaining a games economy.

i dont see a problem with costing money to respec, i mean there should be some penalty to respecing so people dont become respec whores respeccing every two seconds on a whim.

also the dodging is very cool, cant wait, Skill > gear, gonna be so epic.

true, people should just take a chill pill and wait for the game to come out. Only then people can see how things work out

So im definately interested in getting a JSP guild together on a server. Yes i know that if a ton of people are on one server, buying gold and such will have some issues, but i figure if we actually play together, the fun/help factor will outweigh the possible economic (JSP FG economic, not actual server econ) problems.

On the whole i feel JSP players are better then average, That being said, i feel we could make a serious impact on whatever server we would play on, mainly in WvW.

Anybody else think so, any ideas?

JSP guilds never work out, because 90% of the people here are shit and just generally faggots. That's how it was in WoW anyway.

I don't see why they would flame. The Guild Wars section is fairly civilized. And the games have almost nothing in common aside from story tie ins.
