APB reloaded on steam, great game with good play style. choose gang or cop and duel it out with guns while completing missions against each other!

Free to play free to download 3rd Person Shooter with leveling up (your rank, and your units) and you can use some items in pvp/missions (you do not actually equip a new weapon/armor/etc its more like a bonus effect type thing i.e teleport or boost down)
