Try out Vindictus, haven't had so much fun with a combat system since D2.

Feels like a cross between an arcade fighter + 3D MMO. Lots of comboing, positioning, blocking/dodging. Lots of dungeons and quests, but can get pretty grindy in the higher levels.
The PVP is pretty fun too, the classes are pretty balanced and mostly demands the player to have more skill with landing their combos than class/gear, although having gear never hurts

Check out some youtube videos and let me know if you decide to play, I'll probably level an alt with you to help you get started with some gold

gets VERY repetitive after you do it for 20-30 levels though, i quit it and never looked back

OP: try vanguard: saga of heroes, it has a 14day free trial the game is awesome, but not really wow-like
