DCUO is shit

Also, Star Wars is really terrible, I hope they change the gameplay cause no 1 is going to play that game. I dont understand why they failed so hard tho it had so much potential and I really wanted to play it.

what he said DCUO is shit SOE failed. my huge ramble up there is only half of the issues with the game.

elendil999 i dont see the issue with the game play. for the most part it like any other mmorpg team up to take down the bad guys. the story driven parts make it so the choices you make can change the outcome so say you run a 4 man instance and your team makes choices to kill a npc in the story the next time you run that instance you can chose to do it another way and it will have a outcome thats not the same every time. witch to me makes it sound more fun with less of the same thing over and over again. i was impressed with the new video that shows the 1st raid at level 50 i think it shows more of the real combat unlike alot of the beta videos floating around out there. ive seen some videos that really made the combat look bad. but alot of them videos came from E3 where gamers got to try the game out for the 1st time and had no clue what they where doing. the videos from last weeks beta weekend made things look much better.

I beta tested the game twice, and the second time I didint even play at all almost cause its so boring. I expected a mmo, not a RPG that happens to be online. The combat mechanics and the gameplay/movement in general is shit. Its slow paced, unresponsive and very linear. Theres no auto attack and all your skills are very boring. That makes the pvp aspect of the game really terrible and the pve even more boring than WoW. If they took their game but gave it a similar gameplay as any other mmo like Wow or Guild Wars even, the game would be great, but its not and its sad. It can be a fun game for a casual person just questing and having fun with the rpg element, but its really a glorified Kotor.
