My computer can run it. Its just this error. My brother somehow fixed it last night and was able to play, but today it came back and we cannot fix it.
I have also redownloaded and reinstalled it this morning.

Then I haven't the foggiest.
Ask your brother what he did.

If your computer can handle it and has been played fine previously,
it could just be a security setting. But thats all I can think of.
