While this is true, some of the games that currently have a subforum could have also been said to just be a fad (a fad that has since passed I might add). Lots of those forums have very little activity in them as well.

In my opinion, the subforums should be rotated, if a game's subforum has very little activity, replace it with another game. If that game's forum has little activity, then repeat.

Yes, because it would help organize trade and perhaps spread the word a little bit more.
