request it on makemehost (dot com) it will host for you, giving you admin rights and host on all realms (possibly not asia?)
the map is quite likely to be there anyway.
general guide:
#1 go to your command prompt, (start -> run -> type in "command"), for some windows versions it could be elsewhere
#2 type in ipconfig /all
#3 note the default gateway, open a web browser and type your gateway in
#4 go to port forwarding or games ports or something along those lines, you will be asked for username or password, try admin//admin or admin and no pass, if neither work you would need to ring your company or try googling your net supplier for their default username and pass. If you can't get in, there isn't much you can do <-- this is for your router not your provider...
#5 Quite a few suppliers now have games automatically done, if so select warcraft III and put in your ip address (from default gateway), if not put your ip in, call it warcraft iii and open ports 6112-6117 <-- i use 6112 only works just fine

#6 consider temporarily removing the router firewall (this can block it for some reason, even though it's supposed to go through seeing you set it to), i'd very much recommend putting it back up after you're done
#7 go host.
Great advice there though.
