Here are the best dota players that I have played with
I would like to continue playing with all jspers.
I played more than one game with these jspers so that is why I was able to make a list of pros and cons
In no particular order

bakalolo

Pros:
- Got me into dota
- Very good with invoker
- Very pleasant to play with
- Loyal and will message you to play
- Very active
- Won't rage quit after losing
- Will play for hours
- 3 KDR~
- Tier2

Cons:
- Needs to communicate more
- Is used to soloing
- Always asks people to crow
- Never shares chicken
- Never plays a support hero

Pros:
- Amazing carrying capabilities
- Always a pleasure to play with
- Good vibe
- Never lost a game with him
- Only plays non em
- Never gives up
- Tier2
- 2k+ ELO when he was active
- 5 KDR~

Cons:
- Does not play much :[
- Has a lot of friends who play with him
- Hard to get alone time
- Uses lots of smurf accounts

Pros:
- Plays all heroes except puck, chen, invoker, and a few more
- Can carry extremely well
- Never brings the team down
- Great map awareness and predictability
- 5 KDR~
- 1700-2000 ELO on a few accounts
- Multiple tier2 accounts

Cons:
- None yet (need to play with him more)
- Uses lots of smurf accounts

- Very good with dark seer
- Very good with meepo

Cons:
- Prefers dota 2 and refuses to play regular dota again
- Is not friendly
- Internet connection

Pros:
- Can carry
- Will play for hours if things go well

Cons:
- Mainly plays naix
- Talks a lot of smack
- Blames team
- Sometimes ignores you
- Known to rage quit

but now that d3 is out, no time for dota for a while! ;D

It has been so damn long since I've played with them that I don't remember which is better.

that's not even the 2 strongest north american players here, if you know where to look.

I guess I don't know where to look. Those are the best two that I've ever known to have made a d2jsp account.
I'm talking specifically about DotA1, just to make sure.
