dotacash is organized but the players such.. way to pub level.. leavers left and right. I play "lod dota". its fun. IF you dont know what that is, its where u built your own hero. you get a sd draft of 10 heroes then u pick 3 skills and 1 ultimate.

i play in "clan sun" on useast. it is cross realms but only a channel on east. the channel might be restricted but that means its being spammed by bots so its private. simply just add "clls" on your buddy list to find game. For more info, their website is absolutegaming.net

What's not to hate about a public league?

It's either Cash or THR for fast games (lobby fill).
T2 for a little more try hardy-ness.

dotacash games are pretty good in terms of player skill O_o

my kd dropped from 2.3 to 1.8 and assists went up by almost 2.0 per game since swtich from dotapub
cause hardly any noobs to feed on and always have to help with ganks/teamfights

maybe ur joining the player initiated games that have the ob slots?
