Anyone know how can i create a league ? I can provide all the hosting. I want to start a league for regular dota and LOD dota. Will need everything from hostbots channelbots stats scripts other commands etc.

Looking for something similar to the old ihl systems on USWEST/EAST before. Has stats tracking / ratings / names / captain mode / admin commands for ban/safelist/etc.

I can provide all the hosting servers and such.

well, i figured out what everyone uses and what not.. i just need programmers who can code scripts and such. I want to add some commands.
