it isnt allowing me to get online saying
unable to connect to b.net ive tried this several different places/internets and all saying the same thing
did they close online RoC?

Maybe maybe not but hopefully they did because who gives a fuck not me I do not play it anymore a long with a ton of other people lol. But most likely it is just something to do with your internet connection or something and not at all with the game or service itself.
