Okay I posted a topic similar to this before asking how to keep my rank from decaying. I was told to just play once a day and I did but my rank still went down. I am starting to think now that you need to get at least ONE WIN a day in order to keep your level from decreasing or correct if I am wrong?

Well if one game a day doesn't work, that would sound right

but it isnt every day, or am i wrong? mine acc is inactive for a week now, no game lost, but might be because it had 50 or so played before that in 1-2 days ^^

Well only one way to find out lol.

You could bookmark you Player Profile and see how many days you have.
Ive kept track and i just play 1 game and it fixes it back to 9days tell decay
