use name spoofer , you can change your name so if they ban you you just take another account^^!

create new acc LOL and stop playing pubs...

They thankfully use IP bans, so this won't usually work.

Best way is to just don't be a douche and don't get banned in the first place. You obviously left too many games and got banned for a reason, they have a strict team that reviews each ban, it's not like someone did it just for the fun of it.
