Im bored and i wanna hear your thoughts about what the best 2vs2 setup could be in ladder

If you ask me undead/nelf is a strong setup.

But lets get some discussion.

My ally and I recently almost went 35-0 on east ladder - playing legit and dual randoming every game. (we lost one game because his comp lagged out and I had to play 1v2)

There is no one solid strat that is always good - it depends on the map and all player's races, not just yours.

Everyone loves NE/UD in 2's because it doesn't take much skill to do it well. Other strats work just as well and are just as powerful if not more-so, they just require more skill.

Dual random is fun imo but still if you would go for a setup as etc orc/nelf, if the orc sucks its lost already, cause he needs to keep pressure on the enemy's untill he get t2.

UD/NE

UD goes mass fiends to stats ( possible destros ) and wyrms on occasion
NE goes hunts/dryads/ w/e else

grubby and one of his orc mates owned anybody with dual orc and 2x sh
one of them went hhs sws and linked army and the other guy standard t2
they had to creepjack once and instant hex the hero, with 2x sh he wont be able to tp away with the right timing whole army dead and gg
and if u are good orc, u WILL creepjack ur enemy
if that didnt work they just pushed t2 with scrols and linked army, 10+ peons ofc, sometimes game went to t3, but master hhs+2x healwave and the standard orc army is still ownage

must agree on that one but requires timing and skills, otherwise it can fuck up quite fast.

ELF UD is very strong, but get's molested by ELF ORC with bm dh mass pressure on elf

without dk3 it's pretty much byebye elf ud combo

So basically what we're getting at is what I said in post 2.

Elf/Ud is the most popular because the skill level required to do it effectively is very low.

Many other strats work just as well or better - they just require more skill from the players to do effectively.

sorry to but in but whats t2, sws, hhs and hex mean?

t2 = tier 2 main upgrade (needed for orc to make spirit walkers, raiders, wind riders, etc. etc.)
sws = spirit walkers
hhs = head hunters
hex = skill of the orc SH hero that turns opponents into sheep
